Our client is growing training organisation based in Birkenhead. They are looking for an, inspirational, creative and passionate tutor primarily to support their Liverpool City region AEB contract.You will be delivering Health and Social Care Levels 1 & 2, and will get involved in delivering short course in Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Subjects. As a company they also deliver Travel and Tourism, Retail, Customer Services and Counselling Skills so any experience of delivering any of these areas would be an advantage.You will manage planning and delivery of your sessions and motivate learners to achieve and exceed their goals and future aspirations.You will work with a forward thinking, dynamic and exciting team who are always looking to encourage team / individual ideas and support employees and learners to achieve and over exceed their capabilities.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an organisation and make their presence known, there are progression paths available for the right individuals or opportunities to be the best at what you currently do well!It is a fast-paced organisation so team members need to be adaptable, enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude. It’s a fun, lively environment and a great personality is a must!Role OverviewPlan, design, develop and deliver Training & Qualifications.Support learners to succeed and progress by offering strong information, advice, guidance and welfare support. Document each learner’s progression appropriately and clearly. Work with other agencies to promote further education opportunities/ volunteering placements or employment opportunities.Work as part of a wider team to ensure contract allocation is achieved and learners achieve successfully.Appreciate the need and embrace opportunities for continuous personal and professional development.Have a keen eye for detail, good organisational skills and a desire to deliver excellent, high quality planning and delivery strategies.Ability to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising your own workEducation and Knowledge requirementsHold a level 3 teaching qualificationGCSE A - C or equivalent in maths and EnglishAssessor qualificationPrevious experience of delivery Health and Social Care Training in a classroom environment is essentialUnderstand and have experience in delivering safeguarding policies and procedures, equality & Diversity and the Prevent StrategyAwareness of Health and Safety issues and legislationIdeally you will have worked with other service to be able to recruit and build your own case loadA driving licence is preferred Required skills
