We are welcoming applications for a Head of Quality and InsightThe City of Liverpool College is the only general FE college in the city and the largest FE college in Liverpool City Region.It offers the widest, most diverse vocational curriculum in the region and ranges from entry up to degree and post-graduate levels and currently serves more than a third of all the 16-18 year olds in Liverpool and educates almost 12,000 learners each year,with all courses being delivered to the highest standard of learning.Staff at The City of Liverpool College are fundamental to help ensure the students at the college enjoy an experience like no other through gaining skills and being taught a diversity-rich curriculum which leaves students equipped with all they need to besuccessful, both in their chosen career and beyond.To ensure that the colleges high standards of teaching, learning and assessment are ensured, we are looking for high quality applicant for the following role:Head of Quality and InsightFull TimePermanent£47, 146kThe Head of Quality and Insight is a key role at a wider leadership team level. The postholder will support the Director of Pedagogy and Insight and take the strategic lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of traditional quality improvementand quality assurances processes and procedures alongside experiential insight activities to understand what it feels like to be a student at The City of Liverpool College. The post-holder will review of all aspects of provision and use the learning purposefullyto inform continuing development and improvement, continuing professional development for staff and high aspirations for our students.The Head of Quality and Insight will be a supportive member of the Wider Leadership Team which drives a culture of high performance and expectations across all areas of the College.Responsible to: Director of Pedagogy and InsightDon’t have a teaching qualificationIf you have the subject knowledge and expertise in this area, but don’t yet have a teaching qualification then we would still love for you to apply.
