Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Head of New Business to lead the Commercial department of a prominent professional services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategicpartnerships, and driving revenue growth.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established professional services firm, with a team of over 1000 people across the UK.   • Leading the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong market presence
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinating with other department heads to align company strategies and operations
  • Providing accurate forecasts and sales reports to company executives
  • Managing and resolving complex customer complaints and disputes involving sales and service
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Overseeing the recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
ProfileA successful Head of New Business should have:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in a managerial role within the professional services industry
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
