Establishing the current set up, then delivering a ground up Facilities strategy to encompass a robust and compliant FM and H&S strategy for a growing business. Currently with 6 major sites and working for a major global organisation, youll have the fullremit to set up and grow a team.Client DetailsA high profile clientDescriptionIn charge of FM delivery across offices and warehouses in the Estate.Contracting and negotiating leases with the appointment and utilisation of agents.Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the Facilities are fit for purpose, working with external parties to help identify and secure new premises as part of future growth.Procurement of supply chain relationships. Establishing SLA & KPIs with suppliers and contractors and ensure best performance delivery and rates are agreed.Oversee budgetary management and forecasting, working with Finance.Ensure continual improvement and identify opportunities to reduce cost and optimise efficiencys.Collaborate with other areas of the business to improve Health and Safety, identify opportunities and assess future growth and investment plans.Regular audit of Facilities and Health and Safety.Manage estate refurbishment, repairs and maintenance projects. Of note are plans to refurbish office space to bring it up to date with current social/collaboration spaces.ProfileNEBOSH, or IOSH plus experience in H&S delivery within a Logistics, Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.Several years experience within an Industrial, Logistics or Warehouse environment.Demonstrable experience establishing and leading a FM strategy, ideally within a business undergoing growth and future site/development acquisition.Excellent communication and people management skills.General understanding of leases, clauses and lease exits/disposal.Clear contractor procurement and negotiation skill sets.Job OfferAn excellent salary which will be DOE.Package on topA huge company, exciting and rewarding role, and accountability and responsible to establish and lead FM strategy.
