Job Description

Group Manager- Client Processing£57,000 - £85,000 Permanent, Full timeLiverpool (hybrid-working)Group Manager - Client Processing required to join a high-calibre Wealth Management organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an individual looking to make the next step in their career with a leading Wealth Management organisation on a permanent,full-time basis with the opportunity for hybrid working.Key responsibilities of the Group Manager- Client Processing:

  • Responsible for the management of an operational team dealing with the clearing and settlement of UK and overseas trades.
  • Manage multiple teams conducting Clearing, Settlement or Custody Processing activities
  • Provides a consistent client service level model
  • Develop policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders
  • Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff
  • Set departmental budgets and conduct resource planning
  • Develop business plans for team/group operations.
  • Ensure all client queries received by the team are reviewed and resolved in line with expectations
  • Maintain departmental control models, produce MI and monitor KRIs to ensure they are up to date
  • Ensure all tasks and duties that fall within the teams responsibility are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Co-ordinate testing and ensure test scripts are up to date and reflective of live process
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and changes.
Required skills and experience of the Group Manager- Client Processing:
  • Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Direct experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations activities
  • Strong operational experience in a related financial services discipline
  • Demonstrable understanding of FCA, CASS and CBI CAR rules
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
