Job Description

Graphic Designer / UX Designer *Graduates with relevant experience welcome to apply*Who is RWinvestRWinvest is an award-winning market leader in UK property investment. Since 2004 we have successfully built a reputation for delivering exciting and profitable developments in the buy to let sector to investors in the UK and across the globe. As a resultof our continued success, we are expanding our marketing team in our Liverpool head office.The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Take responsibility for projects from the initial ideas and concepts stage through to design, artwork, and final delivery
  • Work on a number of different design projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments when necessary
  • Creating designs/images to support the users journey as well as images, banners, CTA and infographics on the website.
  • Experience working with an in-house development team, implementing new designs, features, functionality and potential experiments to improve website conversion
  • Creating engaging PDFs
  • Updating construction updates
  • Building bespoke visuals for the site (Vectors etc)
  • Create interactive images/graphs, add interactions or simple animations
  • Reviewing heatmaps/click maps to analyse the success of designs and CTAs
  • Handing off designs and prototypes to the development team to be built
  • Participating in acceptance testing with the development team to ensure what is delivered matches what was designed and signed offs
  • Preparing drafts, mock-ups for presentations.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Have a great portfolio showcasing unique creative ideas and passion for design
  • Ability to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice
  • An understanding of artwork generation
  • A keen eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • A willingness to learn in the role and develop skills
  • Strong understanding of branding, imagery, and target audiences
  • Motivated to constantly improve and push the boundaries through creative execution
Desirable:
  • UI/UX knowledge
  • Understanding user journeys
  • Experience with MouseFlow/Hotjar
