Job Description

The roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual keen to progress a career within affordable housing development and regeneration. We are taking forward an ambitious development programme of over 1000 new homes up to 2024. Our programme is one of the mostdiverse and innovative in the region and covers a variety of tenures.We are also progressing a significant and transformative regeneration scheme in Liverpool, which will provide over 300 new homes in a range of tenures. Our focus is not about maximising the number of new homes and instead on ensuring our developments havea positive impact on a place whilst achieving quality in design and standards.The Graduate Development Officer will play a key role in the development of our 300 home regeneration scheme and will also gain an understanding of the development process, from inception to completion, across a range of developments. We will provide thesuccessful candidate with training and development opportunities to progress within the profession.The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification and an understanding of either the affordable housing, construction, or real estate sectors. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player with excellent ICT,communication and problem solving skills. You will be focussed on personal and professional development. An awareness and interest in issues relating to property development and/ or affordable housing would be an advantageThis position will be considered for flexible or part-time working patterns and benefits from additional flexibility through our hybrid office / home working model.Regenda HomesRegenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
