GLOBAL PAYROLL PMO ROLEAn opportunity has arisen for a Global Payroll PMO to join the team for one of the world leaders in Influenza Vaccines. The client is embarking on a payroll transformation of their Global Payrolls. They require an experienced Payroll Project Office Managerto assist the with coordinating Project related activities.Location : Maidenhead or Liverpool (Can be remote but must be open to some occasional travel)Pay rate: Up to 358.13 per day (PAYE)Duration: 12 monthsMain ResponsibilitiesAssist the implementation PMs in all project activities maintaining accurate, up-to-date project plans.Track project financials including estimates, budgets and forecastsMaintain accurate Risk / Assumption / Issues / Dependencies (RAID) logs and ensure that the relevant parties are involved in addressing theseAssist in coordinating project resource allocation, coordinating resources to meet project objectivesWork with the Change Lead to ensure plans are created and to support with deployment of employee communications.Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure internal governance procedures are followed and completed as expectedSupport with coordinating respective payroll systems/payroll employee/vendor workshops, to ensure these are delivered in a concise and timely manner.Assist PM to manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects, and ensure that internal or third-party project team members have the access to necessary tools, people, and informationSupport project completion and transition to relevant BAU parties for ongoing operationsWork with PM to close projects and conduct lessons learned sessions capture and document the knowledge and ensure its availability to other project managers e.g. Global payroll Project manager.Experience:Multi-countries payroll experienceSAP and Workday experiencePayroll and Project Experience
