We are recruiting a General Manager for an established but growing private healthcare clinics based in Wirral and Liverpool. The clinics are part of a joint venture between the NHS and a private healthcare provider and has proved to be a huge success sincebeing establised nearly 10 years ago. The clinics provide specialist oncology services.The RoleTo lead the delivery of oncology services in a profitable and sustainable manner, meeting the needs of the Private Clinic and the needs of the patient population. Ownership of the transformation of Private Cancer Services, through the shaping and drivingbusiness strategies and initiatives, to ensure outstanding business performance and safe and exemplary customer experience.Position the company in as the first choice for patients and consultants who require access to Private Cancer Care within the Merseyside and Cheshire Cancer Network Development of business cases to support business initiatives, whilst identifying potentialgrowth in existing business and identify new service/businesses development for national/international patientsDrive and maintain a focus on innovation to deliver competitive advantage and economic value with a strong responsibility for the management of key relationships with internal and external stakeholdersThe CandidateWe are looking for someone who has a proven track record of growing a private healthcare clinic or services portfolio. You will enjoy developing and executing a commercial strategy that involves new business development and innovative marketing to driveprofitable revenue growth.
