Job Description

Front of House AdministratorLiverpool12 Month Fixed Term ContractSalary - Competitive My client based in Liverpool has a new and exciting opportunity for a Front of House Administrator who will provide a high quality Front of House / Telephony service to clients, acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times. You will be expected to:* Responsible for providing a professional, efficient switchboard service, ensuring calls are answered in a timely, courteous manner, announcing calls and taking messages. * Provide a professional meet and greet service to clients and external visitors.* Daily communications with the team and line manager, leading by example with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, ensuring service excellence and team coordination is the key focus.* Process meeting room bookings: organising MS Teams details and catering as per request, liaising with IT and facilities where needed.* Collect room booking statistics on a monthly basis.* Communicating with suppliers and external vendors for catering and stock requests and create purchase orders for any catering requests, liaising with your line manager.* Manage and control stock in the kitchen, reception, and client areas with your line manager.* Approve catering requests confirming details with the requestor or host before placing ordersIf you have prior experience within an Administration / Receptionist role, please apply today!Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
