Job Description

Front End Developer (Permanent, Javascript, ReactJS, Git, React native, Elastic Search, MongoDB, Logstash, Agile) Up to £50k dependant on experienceLiverpool based office50/50 split between remote (home based) and office based workingIf youre an experienced Front End Developer experienced in the development, support and continual improvement of the Front End web and mobile applications, we would love to hear from you. This role covers the development of front-end websites and mobile applications, utilising automated testing, build pipelines and automated deployments.What youll be doing As a Front End Developer you will contribute to the overall design of our systems and delivery of quality code to defined standards. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a scrum team, with responsibility for the delivery and support of modern software solutions.You will also be responsible for the following duties:

  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Programming in pairs/ small teams
  • Mentoring and developing less experienced developers
  • Working collaboratively to deliver solutions, or resolve previous issues
  • Working closely with other teams such as solution design and business analysts
  • Communicate solutions to business representatives in a clear way
    • What you need to show us The current tech stack is as below, the focus of this role is ReactJS so 3-4 years experience with React is essential, knowledge of Git and the ELK stack would be a great benefit, along with knowledge of backend Java.
  • JavaScript specifically ReactJS
  • React Native
  • Agile Working Practices
  • ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana
  • MongoDB
  • GIT or similar.
    • In addition to the above skills, you will need to have excellent problem-solving abilities and fault analysis.
