Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting an FNOL Team Leader to join our client, a specialist insurance provider who has over 40 years experience helping people secure motor insurance across the UK. This position will require you to be responsible for the performancemanagement of your team. You will identify trends and development areas and be able to drive performance through mentoring and coaching. The salary for this position is £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.Salary and Benefits of an FNOL Team Leader:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum plus bonus potential
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 11:30am - 8pm and 1 in 4 weekends from 9am - 5pm including 2 days in lieu
  • ContractType: Permanent
  • Location: Liverpool / Remote working is available, but you must be within reasonable distance to be able to commute to the Liverpool City Centre office when needed

Key Responsibilities of an FNOL Team Leader:
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring they are all dealt with to the customers satisfaction
  • Undertaking handler audits, training and development along with driving integral data within the claim file and prompting correct liability decision-making
  • Participating in the designing, developing and implementing of new claims management process improvement
  • Being the main technical referral point for the team with the ability to display thorough knowledge on areas
  • Ensuring the teams service levels to all customers are in line with set standards
Key Skills and Experience of an FNOL Team Leader:
  • Competent in department processes, philosophies and use of suppliers
  • Proficient complaints handling capability
  • Clear, focused and determined approach to problem solving
  • Authoritative manner with ability to listen
  • Strong technical experience
  • Persuasive, strong and confident negotiation skills
  • Mature approach with the ability to command the respect of the team
