Flooring Sales EstimatorScreening Questions* Do you have at least 2-3 years experience in flooring estimating* Do you have knowledge of a vast range of flooring* Do you have a full driving licenceOur client, a well-established & highly successful flooring business based in Rainhill is seeking a new Sales Estimators to join the team.You will have experience of flooring estimating, or, if not in flooring, in another similar large-scale product, so that you will have the necessary experience in measuring.There are vast opportunities for progression within this company, so were seeking enthusiastic skilled professionals for this opportunity.The RoleWorking closely with the MD of the business, estimating jobs will be provided for you to attend, typically at residential properties to measure the job, calculate costs and provide the customer with a quote and seek to secure the work. If you are not experienced at calculating costs, not to worry, this can be done by the office for you to provide to the customer.Ideally you will be able to give advice & guidance on product selection, make recommendations and seek to fully engage with the customer.The absolute mustsMust have at least 2-3 years experience in flooring estimating, or in a similar role which has involved detailed measuring on a large scaleMust have a driving licenceMust have experience of supplying flooring or other similar products to domestic customer. Experience of the same within the public sector such as schools/councils etc. is an advantageMust have knowledge of a vast range of flooringThe personYou will be:* An enthusiastic person with positive attitude, smart & well presented* A friendly comfortable communicator, great one a one to one basis* Able to give advice and guidance on choices* Fitting background is an advantage* Ideally you will have knowledge of carpet, laminate, vinyl, Amtico, commercial vinyl and moreThe company Established 5 years ago, the company has done well since day 1, with its well-resourced showroom in Rainhill and due to growth is needing to take on an additional Sales Estimator to help with the volume of business coming in.They have an extensive product range, expansive knowledge of their product range, they take great pride in their work and as a result are doing extremely well in the industry. The business is rapidly growing, and will afford excellent opportunities for progression.The salary£21,000 - £24,000 per annum PLUS BONUS potential - Bonus varies but can be £2,000 - £5,000 as a ball park figure.Transport options - To be discussed with employer, but there is an option to either use your own vehicle, and the employer assists with costs on tax, MOT, insurance and provides a fuel card, or they may potentially be an option for a company vehicle in the future.Pension SchemeOpportunity for progression - Growing successful company, will be opportunity for management roles as the company grows
