* Highly visible role - operating as a key member of the senior management team* Hybrid Working* Could be 5 days, 4 days, Part-time.Outstanding opportunity for experienced ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Financial Controller to join a multi award winning Market Leader operating in the Financial Services Sector. In this highly visible role - operating as a key member of the senior management team- you will report directly to the CEO with a remit including: * Overseeing all company accounts and financial processes* Monthly Management Accounts preparation* Variance Analysis* Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information - MI and KPI reporting* Working with the MI Manager to ensure the companies Pricing and Profitability Analysis methodology is accurate* Preparation of Department Budgets* Creation of regular Financial Forecasts* Fixed Assets* VAT and Corporation Tax Submissions* Overseeing of Company Payroll and Pensions* Cash Flow Management* Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported* Bank reconciliation* Liaising with external Accountants to assist with the preparation of the Annual Statutory Accounts and Company Tax Computations* First Point of Contact for External Auditors* Establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation Applicants should be fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Finance Professionals with broad financial and management accounting experience gained within a similar profile role - preferably in the financial sector, BPO (Business process outsourcing) or businessservices. Applicants with prior experience of working within FCA regulations or an ISO9001 / ISO27001 environment will be of particular interest. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a Right First Time approach and will will havethe personality, gravitas and credibility required to forge strong business partner relationships at levels to board level.
