This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Finance Officer to join a small and friendly team. This role will be to provide an efficient and reliable Accounts Payable function.The role holder will have a good attention to detail, be able to work to strict deadlines and able to carefully plan their work. The Finance officer will have a good working knowledge of general accounting procedures. The ability to organise and prioritise your workload is also an important aspect of the role. Cobalt will provide training for the post holder including study support for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification.Cobalt uses the Orchard Housing Management System (OHMS), Open Accounts (with eBIS) as our Financial Information System, Kofax as our Invoice Registration System and Wisdom as our Document Management System.For the full Job Description and Person Specification please see our website.Cobalt has a 35-hour working week standard working week Monday to Friday, however we are flexible on the hours that this post can operate on. The salary for the Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) is £23,747 rising to £24,997 on successful completion of probation. The successful candidate will enjoy 28 days’ holiday, plus 3 additional days for Christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme.
