Adecco Public Sector are currently looking to recruit a permanent Financial Planning Manager for a National Housing Association on a permanent basis.The role:To prepare the Group financial plan, carrying out stress testing and flexing the plan as required. To carry out financial modelling, liaising with colleagues across the business to understand the financial implications of growth, regeneration, acquisition,or development opportunities and aid decision making.Duties:* Evolve the business planning reporting, taking ownership of the Sequel to BRIXX tools and any other sector improvements.* Financial Modelling* Regulatory Reporting* Develop the Brixx dashboard function, creating a suite of reports for use in accurately reporting and analysing the financial plan outputs.* Support the Groups commercial subsidiaries and joint ventures with financial modelling, monitoring, and reporting of financial plans as required.* Identify, build and develop an extensive network of external contacts and attend relevant seminars/conferences to keep abreast of best practice and benchmarking to deliver efficiencies, improvements and value for money.Requirements:* Must have technically sound accounting knowledge.* Ideally have Brixx business planning software experience.* Experience preparing data for the RSH Financial Forecast Return (FFR).* Experience of managing and reporting financial performance information.* Experience of Funder requirements in term of covenant reporting.* Ideally have experience of working in the housing sector.
