Job Description

Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is managing the recruitment process of well known organisation based in Liverpool who are keen to appoint a Finance Assistant on a part time, Permanent basis.To be successful in this role you should be happy to commute to a central Liverpool office, work 20-25 hours per week over 3-4 days and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Sage.Responsibilities

  • Checking and uploading purchase and sales loaders
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Cash book posting & ledger allocations
  • Checking, processing and seeking approval of overhead supplier invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
  • Supporting with month end process
  • Deal with finance queries from both internal and external parties
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Ideal Candidate
  • A proven track record within Finance
  • AAT Qualification is desirable
  • Sage 200 desirable
  • IT Literate
  • High attention to detail
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Must have a fully flexible approach to job role and responsibilities
  • A positive individual willing to learn new skills daily
  • works well as part of a team
