Job Description

Are you interested in a career in orthopaedics Have you got a background in theatre, scrub or in physiotherapy Our client is seeking to recruit a personable, enthusiastic, and eager candidate who can manage a fast-paced role within a technical capacity.As a Field Technical Support individual, youll provide support across the North West UK.The companyOur client is a well-respected, dynamic orthopaedics company who are growing year on year. They also value progression and development,making it a fantastic place to grow your career.The roleAs a Field Service Support individual, youll provide training to Orthopaedic surgeons, operating room staff and procurement departments across the NHS. You will be responsible for covering cases, training theatre staff, and meeting the needs of the hospitalunder the guidance of the Area Manager and Regional Business Manager.Other responsibilities include

  • Achieving all KPIs as set by the line manager in line with business demands
  • Covering cases and advising on our clients product portfolio
  • Developing a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
  • Providing guidance to assist with clinical decisions for both new and existing customers
  • Training theatre staff and new employees
  • Understanding and adhering to hospital and theatre policies
The requirementsYoull have a theatre/scrub background or experience gained across a physiotherapy background, this could be highly transferable to this position, as well as
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organise your own diary
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly
  • Basic understanding of the human anatomy and physiology
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Located in the North West Territory
  • Willing and flexible to work weekends when necessary
