Job Title: Facilities Manager - (1 Year Rolling Contract)Location: Speke, LiverpoolThe Shorterm group is currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in high automation facilities.Key Responsibilities:As the Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:- Team Leadership: Managing a team of Engineers, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure their success.- BIW Expertise: Utilizing your extensive experience in Body in White (BIW) processes to optimize production and quality standards within our facilities.- High Automation Facilities: Leveraging your knowledge of high automation facilities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain our state-of-the-art facilities.- Connected Services to OEM: Ensuring all services within the facility are seamlessly connected to the OEM to maintain uninterrupted production.- CDM Compliance: Overseeing facilities in compliance with Construction (Design and Management) regulations, guaranteeing the safety and integrity of our operations.Experience Required:To excel in this role, you should have the following experience:- Proven experience in facilities management, specifically in high automation facilities and BIW processes.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers.- Comprehensive knowledge of CDM regulations and compliance.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.What We Offer:- A competitive compensation package.- The opportunity to work in a cutting-edge facility.- A collaborative and dynamic work environment.- A chance to make a significant impact on our operations and growth.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply via this job posting.
