Facilities Maintenance EngineerLocation: Liverpool, L3 4FP.Salary: £31,679 - £35,199 per annum dependent on experience.Contract: Full time, permanent.The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpools world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool,we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Building Services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working with a wide range of building plantand equipment including: Building Management Systems Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems CCTV and access control Electrical maintenance and installation work HVAC systems with respect to servicing and fault finding Refrigeration plant Temporary electrical installations (BS7909) Catering equipment service/repair MEWPS, Forklifts and other access equipment Standby generation plant Pump maintenance and associated systemsThe successful candidate will also provide Temporary Power Installations to facilitate the wide range of events we host and provide technical and building service expertise to facilitate our clients needs.The successful candidate will be expected to monitor the work carried out by service partners and must have an excellent working knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations and work within these.Experience in the development and completion of risk assessments, work permits and procedures for facility maintenance activities is essential along with a good working knowledge of energy saving initiatives and schemes.In addition to the above, the candidate will need to be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented team.If you have drive, passion, ambition and wish to play a part in The ACC Liverpool Groups continuing success story this could be just the job for you.Closing Date: 29 June 2022.
