Job Description

A brilliant and growing Facilities Management company are looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Operator to join their team, to be based in Haydock.You will be working for a great Manager and will thrive in this busy atmosphere. We are looking for very much a team player who will love a varied role and likes to be busy at all times. The hours for this position are 4 on 4 off Days, 7am-7pm. This roleis working for a really expanding company full of inspirational leaders and you will be given full training and support to be able to perform in this role.Within this Facilities Helpdesk role you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with reactive maintenance calls from clients
  • Logging maintenance jobs onto the system
  • Raising purchase orders and obtaining quotes
  • Liaising with engineers and also contractors and clients
  • Working as part of a team
This is a very varied and busy role and will suit a multitasker who likes to be challenged within their career.For this Facilities Helpdesk role based in Haydock we are looking for:
  • A fast learner with strong customer service and a good phone manner
  • Any experience of Facilities or Maintenance planning would be a bonus
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Outlook and general computer systems
  • Wanting to work on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern
  • Eager to learn
