We have an exciting opportunity available for an Export Documentation Advisor (Service Delivery) tojoin our Liverpool office. To offer the customer and other Agencies high level of communication at all times to ensure we are offering a qualityservice.Main responsibilities of the Export Documentation Advisor:- Maintain thorough knowledge of services as well as legislation and maritime regulations.- Follow up on customs Filing requirements, ensuring instructions are issued to roll bookings where they do not comply by respective filing deadlines- To be able to deal with customer complaints professionally and ensure management are aware of the details,- Reply to RFIs from Shared Service Centres within pre-determined turn around time.- Ensure essential checking of Bills of Lading is completed and are dispatched as per the Customers instructions.- Follow up on customs Filing requirements, ensuring instructions are issued to roll bookings that are non-compliant.- Ensure on-carriage documents are received in time for through Bills- Ensure African requirements are met for ECTN, CTN and BITEC numbers- Ensuring issues resolved in order for Export Call Closure to be completed within HO KPI.- Problem solving when necessary- Promote the use of CMA CGM E-Services with customers.- Provide exceptional customer service for any general telephone / e-mail enquiries.- Ensure essential checking of Bills of Lading is completed and are dispatched as per the Customers instructions.- Maintain a high level of accuracy for all functions ensuring a clear audit trail is recorded.- Keep the Senior Advisor / Manager appraised of ongoing situations and problems for appropriate action to be implemented.- Produce relevant reports for Senior Advisor / ManagementThe idealExport Documentation Advisor:- Professional confident telephone manner.- Ability to remain calm under pressure- Establish & maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues- Attention to detail- Exceptional communication skills.- Flexible to work out-of-hours when necessary / required- Shipping / Freight Forwarding experience beneficial- Team Player- Computer literate- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (with minimum of Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English)- Knowledge of Shipping industry is desirable- Computer literateIn return, we will offer our Export Documentation Advisor:- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays- Company Health Plan (Medicash)- Life Assurance- Group Pension (employer contribution up to 16% depending on employee contribution, employee contribution minimum of 5%)- Non-guaranteed bonus schemeClosing date for applications: Midnight on 1st July 2022Are you bold, imaginative, ready to take the initiative with integrity, and feel you are the right candidate for the role as ourExport Documentation Advisor then please click apply now!
