Job Description

I am seeking a savvy IT/Business graduate with some work experience to support my client across his 4 businesses.This is a newly created role supporting the CEO of 4 companies, it will act as right-hand support in both a business and private capacity.The role offers the opportunity to break into fintech, and work alongside an entrepreneur building businesses. The primary business is a growing Private Equity backed, leading Fintech organisation, with a client base of household names.This is an interesting and varied role which offers great scope to progress and grow within the existing business portfolio and future ventures.Responsibilities Include

  • Diary Management: Work autonomously managing busy, ever changing diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary.
  • Inbox Management: Manage the CEOs email account, providing a discreet and effective service, identifying urgent correspondence, and responding on behalf of the CEO when required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Responsible for organising CEO travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses on return.
  • Project Management: Providing insightful thought-partnering to the CEO on activities related to the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain healthy relationships with all key stakeholders, analysing business departmental relationships and providing feedback to upper management on what is and is not working
  • Property Management: Day to day household management of a few properties. Bills, getting repair jobs done, ordering supplies and food, organising cleaners, gardeners etc, making sure homes are maintained to a high standard and run efficientlyand always organised.
  • Administration and Book keeping: Managing and being in total control of invoices, bank accounts, filing, mail and general day to day admin.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, Trello

  • Strong organisational, project management and proactive problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Self-starter with ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you have a thick skin yet are personable and calm with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing business requirements
  • Able to effectively prioritize conflicting needs, resolve issues expediently and uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Self starter able to take initiative and identify jobs that need doing as much as deliver tasks
  • Detail oriented with an eye for balancing efficiency with effectiveness
  • Strong ability to be adaptable and work independently
  • Exercises good judgement in a variety of situations
