The team is dedicated to creating solutions that empower educators and students alike.They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to join their team and provide administrative and sales support across their organisation.The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and salesdepartments, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to their growth objectives.This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work fromthe office and remotely.Key Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including schedulingmeetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials.• Coordinate with the sales team to track sales leads, update customerdatabases, and prepare sales reports.• Handle logistical arrangements for team meetings, training sessions, andcompany events.• Support the finance department with invoice processing and expense trackingas needed.• Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by executiveleadership.The Ideal Candidate;• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative supportrole.• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficiency in Office Suite programs such as word processing, spreadsheetsand experience with CRM software.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Experience in the education technology sector is a plus.What is Offered:• A supportive and collaborative work environment.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.• Flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely.Remuneration: £15-20 per hour based on experienceIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply today.Required skills
