Job Description

Site Supervisor - Electrical / RailAre you an experienced Electrical & Plant Installation Technician, with experience supervising rail-based projectsFord & Stanley - The Rail Recruitment Specialists are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to be part of an ongoing rail infrastructure upgrade project for a client who have an excellent reputation of delivering technology improvements for the UK rail market.Location (s): LiverpoolRole and Responsibilities

  • Supervising workers and subcontractors undertaking electrical, and telecommunications works delivery.
  • Maintaining optimal health and safety standards, through site inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks and regular site inspections.
  • Help to plan and coordinate the delivery of projects alongside the Project Management team. This will include assisting with the planning of work programmes, resource planning and co-ordination, and attending site meetings.
  • Resolving problems and suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • Organising external inspections.
    • Education Level and/or Relevant Experience
  • Relevant further E&P / Construction based qualifications.
  • Comparable supervisory / project management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years practical electrical/civils experience.
  • Valid PTS.
  • Ideal candidate(s) will hold their SSSTS.
