Great opportunity has is available now to join a Maintenance Team with one of the UKs leading Facilities providers at a specialist healthcare site in Liverpool. The role is Shift, job title Senior Maintenance Technician. Must be Electrically qualified and have minimum 5 years experience to apply, you will be carrying out all maintenance works on a Mulit Skilled basis and at times left to your own devices. The right individual must be competent with working on their own as well as in a team and have strong knowledge within both Electrical & Mechanical. Main duties:* Carry out a full range of routine planned preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, reactive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work associated with all plant, services and equipment to ensure mandatory and statutory compliance with policies and strategies maintaining a high quality and cost-effective service. This will include inspections, testing, fault finding and repairs to plant, services and equipment with or without supervision as appropriate to trade, experience or subsequent training as described in the schedule of Knowledge and Experience requirements.* Carry out replacement of components and systems as part of VFs life cycle obligations.* Liaise with external contractors* on-call rota* Participate in a shift rota systemThe shift is split with days & nights.
