Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Visit and assess apprentices currently undertaking Electrical Engineering related studies/apprenticeships - on-site and remote working.
  • Liasing with clients and internal colleagues to build relationships and ensure students are progressing along their chosen study subject.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a HNC in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience within the industry and/or working with apprentices.
  • An assessor qualification is adventageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
