Mandatory call out rota (currently 1 week out of 5).Annual Leave: 20 days plus 8 Bank HolidaysContract Type: PermanentClosing Date: 9 October 2020Recruitment Date: 19 October 2020This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services.What will your role beAs a Domestic Breakdown Engineer on behalf of Avela Home Service, you will be responsible for attending both emergency and non-emergency jobs within Private Domestic and Commercial properties, dealing with both heating and plumbing systems. You will carry out routine servicing, diagnostics and fault-finding in this role, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety at all times.What skills and experience will you haveThe successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role, and have a minimum of an NVQ3 / SVQ3 City and Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in plumbing and heating related occupations. A Commercial Gas qualification (COCN1, CODNCO1) is desirable.
