Digital Research & Design Team LeaderInside IR356 monthsLiverpool based with remote workingThe Digital Research & Design Team Leader will play a key role in supporting the Head of Digital Services in leading the digital transformation within our client. The Digital Research & Design Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of User Researchers, User Experience Designers, Interaction Designers and Service Designers, driving best practice and quality across the digital transformation agenda.Key Responsibilities*People management - staff management of user researchers, interaction, service and UX designers (a mix of permanent and contract staff). *Develop the team to embed user research and design best practice including ensuring research and design is appropriately documented, audit trails of decisions made are maintained and that there is adherence to GDPR and other relevant legislation.*Support the Head of Digital Programmes in embedding a user centred digital culture across the business, and communicating, sharing and involving stakeholders in those ways of working.*Ensure adherence to GDS and TCOP standards and manage the teams input into the GDS service assessments.Experience - essential: *Significant experience of leading digital research and design across the spectrum of disciplines (User Research, User Experience, Interaction Design, Service Design).*Hands-on experience in one or more of the above disciplines.*Line management experience.*An understanding of TCOP (total cost of product) / GDS principles and experience of the GDS service assessment process.To apply call/email Michelle Pattison @ Certes Computing Today.Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
