Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Manager looking to work a leading multi brand, national firm Do you have past experience of managing a team to create, define and deliver continuous marketing strategy that delivers business resultsIf so, this could be the perfect role for you.Working at one of the client`s biggest offices within the Liverpool city centre, you will be expected to support the company`s mission statement, by being responsible for driving customer growth across all digital platforms by developing and implementing the digital strategy across the business.Benefits for this role include:Highly competitive salary that ranges between £30,000-£40,000 (dependent upon experience) · On-going training and development.Modern offices in a great locationTusker car scheme Perkbox that includes exclusive discounts in LiverpoolOne etc. Games rooms, complete with pool table and arcade station among other things.Day to day duties in this role include:Branding for the company`s website, social media, events, graphic design and press releases for reputation and awareness. Fully utilise multi-channel CRM communication technologies to inform and engage their audience and potential stakeholders, including social media, PPC and SEO. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to their web and social platforms. ·Making continuous improvements to current web and social platforms, reviewing success to improve usability, design, content, and conversion. Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how marketing activity turns into leads, customers or applicants.Working with the company`s in-house Sales and Recruitment team to convert site traffic into new leads and future talent.In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:Degree in Marketing or relevant fiend. (Member of CIM advantageous) Experience in managing websites, social media, PPC and SEO Experience in using CRM and marketing automation platforms Possess technical knowledge on available standards, methods, tools and applications, and be able to analyse requirements. Broad Digital team management with a proven track record or running successful marketing campaigns from creative through to implementation and review. Experience in managing web development projects and analytics.
