With its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, a world leader in logistics, and its air freight division CMA CGM AIRCARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer its customers a complete and increasingly efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions.Committed to the energy transition in shipping, and a pioneer in the use of alternative fuels, the CMA CGM Group has set a target to become Net Zero Carbon by 2050.Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group also acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Groups shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 130,000 people worldwide, including 2,900 in Marseilles where its head office is located.The Deputy Quality and Process Manager role:The Quality & Process Assistant Manager will report directly to the Agency Quality and Process Manager in order to facilitate change management in the agency, making sure that service quality to group customers are up to set standards and also that agencyprocesses are in-line with the core model and functioning properly.This role will work closely with Agency Management, CAN Business Process Manager in charge and HO Project leads, with a clear target to ensure that all agency KPIs are either improved or maintained at a satisfactory levelMain responsibilities include:

• Support Agency Management on changes and transformation
• Assist the QPM with Core Model implementation in the Agency by making sure Group processes and instructions are well followed.
• Ensure KPIs are monitored regularly, drilling down into detail and addressing issues
• Identify and share improvements, best practices and tips, promoting a lean approach in the agency
• Identify risks and errors and ensure preventive actions are taken to mitigate them.
• Involved in Customer Survey result analysis and improvement
• Ensure agency staff receive required training
• Ensure agency staff have access to Group instructions, processes and how to guides.
• Assist with documentation of local process exceptions.
• Conduct periodic process reviews on how tasks are performed and responsibilities shared across the organisation(s)
• Assist or take the lead on HO projects
• Consolidate inputs from the various Agency departments with regards to the local regulations impacting Group activities.

Skills & qualifications required of ourDeputy Quality and Process Manager: Educated to degree level or equivalent Ideally six sigma qualified (black belt) or willing to work towards this qualification PRINCE 2 qualification preferred Experience of shipping essential In depth knowledge of agency environment and shipping industry Strong business knowledge and expertise Proven leadership of Successful Projects (preferable). Proven project management skills and experience of using project management software/tools e.g. PRINCE 2 and capable of handling several projects at the same time.In return we will offer our Deputy Quality and Process Manager:
