The rolesobjective is to achieve data quality and consistencyacross the firms relevant databasesKey Responsibilities- Responsible for cleansing and maintaining client andmatter data in compliance with regulatory obligations.- Running searches to identify incomplete or inaccuratedata and updating as required.- Checking and verifying new data entries to ensureminimum data standards.- Working closely with the business and keystakeholders to address data quality issues.- Conducting regular housekeeping tasks within theclient and matter inception tool, Intake, and thepractice management system, Aderant, in order tomaintain an efficient and streamlined process.ProfileWe are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate person who can embed the values of the company in their day to day work.Knowledge, Skills & Experience- Previous experience in a data steward/data admin role desired.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Broad understanding of databases will be an advantage.- Excellent IT and administrative skills.- Experience of compliance and practice management systems in a law firm is desired.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to research and succinctly present information compiled fromvarious sources.- Able to adapt to new processes and technologyEducation/Experience- Experience working in a legal or other professional environment.- Experience of practice management, compliance and IT systems desired, but not essentialJob OfferIn addition to the base salary, which is set at £21-24k depending on level of experience, the following benefits are offered:25 days annual leave (plus holiday buy/sell scheme)Private healthcare and dental careCompany pension scheme, income protection and life assurance coverSubsidised restaurant and coffee bar on-siteGymFlex, Cycle to Work Scheme, Season Ticket LoanPlus many more which can be disclosed upon enquiry.Data Steward - Liverpool - up to £24k Required skills
