Data Manager 6 months Liverpool Inside IR35The Key Responsibilities*Lead on development and maintenance of appropriate databases and the overall data model*Lead on development of database functionality/continuous improvement*Lead on end to end integrity, ensuring all data is kept up to date, fully auditable and fit for purpose*Work with DPO to ensure compliance with GDPR*Work hand in hand with Performance/MI lead on delivering accurate and insightful management information*Work with other parts of the client on provision and analysis of data sets to inform Policy, Science, Insight and Communications etcEssential Skills and Experience*Extensive data management and analysis skills and experience*Extensive experience of using and advanced skills in data management tools (primarily Excel, VBA)*Experienced in building and managing productive relationships with business stakeholders at all levels*Planning, co-ordination and organisational skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines.*Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to use own initiative.*Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and react quickly to emerging challenges Ways of Working:This is a home/remote based role working with operational and project teams who are also working from home. We are making use of various technologies to communicate, but all activity will need to be managed remotely. The successful candidate will be inducted into the role remotely.
