Job Description

IAS Data AdministratorFull Time, PermanentHomebased£18,500-£21,000Monday to Friday- Flexible Working Hours37.5hrsThe opportunity The IAS MI function is entering a period of change, with new capabilities, will mean we have new opportunities to support the business in a more dynamic and user centric way than ever before.This has led to the opportunity for someone to join an Clinical Delivery team and assist us to meet the ever-increasing demands and help us achieve our key objectives, to provide a superb service to IAS and our external stakeholders.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Production & delivery of various reports to Clinical Delivery
  • Management of work stream updates
  • Assuring 100% accuracy by employing validation of reporting before delivery
  • Response & delivery of ad hoc analysis, investigation, and general queries
  • To ensure key admin activities are completed regularly
  • To support other areas of the team
To be successful in this role, youll need a combination of experience, proven skills, personal attributes, and a passion for data. See below to find out if youre the person were looking for. The position will be home based / hybrid for thetime being.Skills we cant do without:
  • Demonstrate a good level of skills using Microsoft products Excel and Access.
  • Have good communication, presentational and visualisation skills.
  • A keen eye for accuracy, a desire to deliver reliability and support a high performing team.
  • Is highly organised, motivated, and hard working.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle numerous demands at once.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to own initiative.
  • The ability to take responsibility for a range of key roles and tasks in an organised and pro-active manner.
  • Ability to train others, sharing best practise, skills, and knowledge.
  • Ability to think on the spot and is a problem solver.
  • A very good knowledge of the end-to-end PIP process.
Desirable skills:
  • An understanding of the use of Visual Basic with Excel and / or Access.
  • Use of Cognos.
