Job Description

A customer service representative who will deal with a variety of different customer enquires across different mediums and communicate with various other departments of the business.This role will involve answering taking inbound calls, responding to emails, processing orders, making some outbound calls in a timely manner.Working with the whole Microsoft Office suite of programmes and using SAP with a degree of proficiency and accuracy.Client DetailsYou would be working with a global company which prioritises the health of the public and upholds this as a core value of the business. Your work will inform pharmacovigilance and ensure that the rest of the business can run smoothly.Description

  • Answering inbound customer calls in a timely manner and resolving all enquiries to a high standard, abiding by all processes and procedures.
  • Working with efficiency and efficacy through customer enquiries sent via email.
  • Processing orders and queries from customers to ensure minimum disruption to deliveries.
  • Input orders and liaise with third party distributors, while acting as a point for contact for remote sales teams with order and query issues.
  • Collaborate with various other members of the business to ensure smooth operations on a business-wide level.
  • Must complete all training and be fully aware of the most recent SOP.
  • Profile
  • We are looking for somebody who primarily has telephone-based customer service experience.
  • We are looking for someone who is highly professional and competent, with clear communication skills and versatility.
  • We are looking for a representative with systems knowledge and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package, SAP experience is valuable.
  • We require absolute adherence and firm compliance with regulations, an eye for detail even under pressure.
  • We need any applicants to be available to start a role immediately or within a weeks notice.
  • We must ensure that anyone working in this position has completed a DBS application, the cost of this will be covered.
