A customer service representative who will deal with a variety of different customer enquires across different mediums and communicate with various other departments of the business.This role will involve answering taking inbound calls, responding to emails, processing orders, making some outbound calls in a timely manner.Working with the whole Microsoft Office suite of programmes and using SAP with a degree of proficiency and accuracy.Client DetailsYou would be working with a global company which prioritises the health of the public and upholds this as a core value of the business.
