Call Centre Customer Service Advisor - BirkenheadThe details:* 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7* Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm* £9.15ph* Uplift in pay 3 months - £9.44ph / Uplift in pay 6months+ = £9.73ph* Temp with potential opportunities to go perm* Weekly Pay * Free parking and excellent transport links * Start date: 25th of OctoberThe main duties and responsibilities of the role include:* Taking high volume inbound calls in a call centre working on a financial services campaign for a well known bank * You will be the first point of contact for our clients customers dealing with inbound queries in relation to the customers accounts, providing transaction, statement information and taking payment* Updating call notes on the system* Provide advice and guidance * Registering customers for online and phone service* Changing any details on their account and sending out any information they may requireWhat we are looking for:* Previous customer service experience is essential* Excellent communication and organisational skills* IT competent You dont need to have financial services experience to be successful in this role.
