Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Wavertree, LiverpoolPay Rate - £10.99 - £12.09 per hourPertemps is currently seeking self-motivated people for a Customer Service role with a UK leading bank based in Liverpool. Our client is offering competitive salary, experience, and the potential for a long-lasting career with a huge Highstreet Bank!Start Date - 11/04/2022 for 6 months initially with the potential to go permanent!Working Hours - 5 days - 35 hours per week - ranging between 7am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday with a rotating shift pattern involved, therefore we are seeking people that can commit to a wide range of working hours including weekends.Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls relating to their account enquiries, dealing with their account needs professionally and quickly whilst delivering against productivity goals
  • Take complete ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point using accurate knowledge of all products and processes, then escalate them when required
  • Complete telephony, digital and admin based tasks to efficiently service customer queries
