Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Advisors to provide the best customer support experience.. Therole is full time, working a 40 hour week Monday - Friday on a shift basis between the hours of 8am - 6pm with a Saturday morning (1 a month - 8am - 1pm) with full equipment provided.The Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Respond to all enquiries via telephone (inbound and outbound)
  • Capturing information onto the in house system and data input
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
  • Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
  • Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.
