Job Description

Understand and agree key customer research requirements with the relevantbusiness areas and then provide the analysis and recommendations to deliver them.About youWe are looking for someone with

  • Experience of using customer survey data to solve business problems and drive improved business performance
  • Experience presenting research results and recommendations – written and verbal
  • Knowledge of survey sampling and methodological best practices
  • Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships.
