This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day control of the Customer Service Department. You will monitor a small team daily to ensure that our customers receive the best level of service.Client Details A thriving luxury beauty brand based in Liverpool. Due to its significant growth over the last couple of years, this is now one of the biggest beauty brands in the world with its products sold in over 90 countriesDescription Manage and lead the team to deliver the highest level of service for our customers Oversee customer emails making sure we hit our targets and KPIs Oversee all social platforms making sure all comments are answered within the time allotted Oversee logistic charge-backs process Manage and oversee all customer complaints bringing them to a conclusion and secure repeat business Communicate weekly with the warehouse manager regarding wrong orders, delivery issues, and ideas for improvement Manage and oversee the Trustpilot account, addressing any negative comments and product reviews Oversee all customer returns, meeting compliance Action weekly reports including wrong orders.ProfileThe successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in a similar role and experience in customer service. Experience in ecommerce customer service is essential. I.T Literate.
