Taking a proactive approach to customer care, you will be responsible for each customer contact to ensure we deliver the best customer experience, this will involve liaising with colleagues and partners to gather information and find solutions for customers.You’ll be able to show empathy and have honest conversations with customers about their tenancy, rent, repairs and home and be able to signpost where further support is needed.Customer Experience Advisor Requirements:

  • Customer services experience
  • Ability to have honest conversations with customers
  • Ability to advocate on behalf of customers
  • Experience working across teams to resolve enquiries
  • Experience of using ICT systems - housing management, CRM systems and Microsoft office software
  • Knowledge of housing management theory and good practice
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Desirable:
  • Experience of working in a multi-channel contact centre (phone, face to face and digital contacts)
  • Experience of accurately diagnosing repairs
  • Evidence of continued professional development
