Job Description

This is a fantastic career opportunity to work for a company that really values its employees.What will I be doing as a Customer Advisor* Checking customers claims and making correct payments* Processing valid claims, liaising with external contacts where required to authorise claims * Dealing with the accounts for deceased members* Sending out appropriate paperwork to next of kin, in respect of deceased policy holders and validating claims* Sending claim forms and paperwork to underwriters* Responding to, forwarding and processing emails * Contacting policyholders by post, email or telephone to clarify all information* Updating changes to policyholder details and generating updated schedules* Assisting in other areas of the business as requiredWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:* Previous experience in a phone and email based customer service role (previous experience in processing claims would be a benefit but not essential) * Strong empathy with excellent interpersonal skills* Accurate with an excellent attention to detail * A true people person and can communicate effectively with people at all levels* A passion for customer service and providing the best possible experience for your customersWhats in it for me as a Customer Advisor* Salary of £21,074* Flexible working after successful completion of probation period * Immediate Start * Health Cash Plan * 25 days Holiday * Modern, newly refurbished offices * A tailored personal development plan * Fantastic City Centre office locationTo Apply:If this sounds like a Customer Service Administrator role you will LOVE, please send your CV todayWe aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
