Weightmans Motor team is a market leader in this field offering a full service withdedicated teams dealing with MOJ, small claims track, fast track, multi-track, fraud, credit hire, indemnity issues and representation at inquests and criminal prosecutions.The role:To manage a caseload of claims at pre-litigated or litigated stage, conducting any relevant investigations in order to assist in the repudiation and/or conclusion of claims as appropriate.Key duties and responsibilities
