A leading Personal Injury Practice based in Liverpool are looking to expand their Credit Hire team and are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Fee Earner to deal with a range of Credit Hire claims.The Role:You will be responsible for a case load of litigated fast track and multi track credit hire cases with both liability admitted and disputed. You will be able to manage a file from commencement of proceedings through to trial.You will be able to comply with court directions and orders, ensure cases are ran efficiently with updates throughout to the hire company.You will also be able to negotiate and settle cases.The Ideal Candidate:Previous Credit Hire experience is essential.You will be able to handle a full case load of RTA claims at various stages of the case Excellent knowledge of the MOJ portal, Personal Injury Protocol and the CPR.Able to handle Infant ApprovalsCan work independently and as part of a teamAble to work to targets and KPIsSalary and Benefits:Salary is very competitive, together with excellent benefits.This is a full time permanent position and is office based.If this role is of interest please click apply.
