Job Description

CopywriterLiverpool (Hybrid Working)up to £32k DOEMy client, an independent UK professional services business at the top of their game, are expanding the team and looking for an experienced Communications & Engagement Consultant to continue their growth.You will be responsible for providing exemplary copy for a broad variety of media, with particular focus on digital to support in the delivery of communication and engagement strategies for internal and external clients. This role reports directly into theLead Copywriter.Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver all content and manage tone of voice for employee and member facing platforms.
  • Work closely with business areas to deliver content in company wide tone of voice for all offline and online communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external designers to develop creative thinking and ensure cohesion between content and visuals.
  • Work closely with Governance to ensure all content meets technical, regulatory and company requirements.
  • Manage data, bulk mail and print processes as required.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and answer copy briefs to a very high standard.
  • Assist with providing copy for new business pitch response documents.
What skills we are looking for:
  • Experience in employee benefits would be a huge advantage for this role
  • A good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), WordPress and HTML
  • Experience within commercial writing, and creating high impact and concise content
  • Ability to build and sustain excellent client relationships
  • Previous experience within a professional services industry would be ideal
