We are looking for experienced paralegals / conveyancing assistants who have had exposure of carrying/assisting a caseload in a conveyancing environment. This exciting opportunity will provide you with comprehensive training that will allow you to join ourclients team as a transactional mover conveyancer, managing your own portfolio. Once on team this training will continue as you progress through the various levels at your own pace.Training will be delivered by our clients award-winning Learning and Development Academy. Once you join a conveyancing team you will quickly gain experience across a diverse range of cases - something that our client can uniquely offer, due to its marketleading position. Your portfolio may include freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. You will have the opportunity, should you wish, to undertake professional qualifications to work towards becominga Licensed Conveyancer.They will look to you to build relationships with clients and offer the unbeatable service they pride on, every time. The kind of service that delights every client and helps you develop a great career.The Role - Following TrainingManage a portfolio of casesIndependently establish priorities and manage deadlinesProvide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associatesBuild strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively and delighting them through your deliveryDeal with legal enquiriesResolve issues to ensure excellent client service is deliveredThe PersonA natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needsPrevious experience of supporting or carrying conveyancing cases Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge learntAbility to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needsExcellent problem-solving and research skillsExcellent verbal and numerical skillsFlexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action This is a remote position, training will be done remotely and the role will be once your 4 week training is completed.
