Great new opportunity for a residential conveyancing paralegal or assistant at a well-known and very reputable law firm in the centre of Liverpool, offering a fantastic salary along with some work from home benefits! The perfect position for candidateswith at least one years experience working in a conveyancing position.The role will require you to assist senior fee earners with their conveyancing caseloads, which will consists of all types of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, newbuilds etc, meaning experience in all this is vital.You will be expected to handle a wide variety of tasks related to conveyancing caseloads, including mortgage offers, purchase reports and responding to and dealing with enquiries.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 years experience in residential conveyancing, with this experience preferably spanning all aspects of conveyancing. You will be expected to work with minimal support, meaning that the ability to workeffectively and independently is vital.The firm will offer a great salary of up to £26,000 for the right candidate, along with the possibility of some home working benefits! You will also have the chance to work in the firms modern and stylish offices in the very heart of Liverpool, perfectly placedonly 10 minutes away from Lime Street Station! The role will start off as a 12 month fixed-term contract, although it is expected that the role will become permanent for candidates who go in and make a flying start.
