Job Description

You will also be leading a team of competent people to ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, consumer regulationsand our riverside and customer standards.About youWe are looking for someone with:

  • Professional qualification in building safety/ Compliance, environmental services, or Asset Management i.e. (Lv4 diploma Asset Compliance) or HNC in Building/construction/asset management or equivalent.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general operating procedures within an Asset Management / Building Safety function.
  • Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.
