Job Description

Contracts ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-timeContracts Managerbased in Liverpool; L24 1YH. The successful candidate will earn £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.You will be responsible for the day to day operations of all aspects of project management delivery.Role Requirements

  • Exceptional client facing skills.
  • Management of subcontractors and a direct labour workforce.
  • Delivering quality finished end product to time and budget.
  • Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process.
  • Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Role Responsibilities
  • Build good relations with the client and site team.
  • Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost, to the highest possible standards.
  • Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs.
  • Must be able to run at least two contracts at one time.
  • Liaison with construction teams, landlords and clients.
  • Design control and coordination, directly liaise with designers.
  • Management of Site Manager and Site Teams.
  • Manage all aspects of build process.
  • Visit sites at least one day a week.
