Complaints Handler - Financial Services - 6 Month Contract - Liverpool - £320 Per DayOur life and pensions client require up to 15 Complaints Handlers to join on an initial 6 month contract, starting on 19th September. You will be responsible for end-to-end complaint handling and resolution, with the ideal candidate having a previous backgroundin Financial Services, Insurance or Pensions. The role comes with a day rate of £320 and sits inside IR35.Job Title: Complaints HandlerRate: Up to £320 per day / £45 per hour - Inside IR35Length: 6 Months (likely perm role thereafter)Location: Liverpool - HybridStart: 19th SeptemberKey skills: Professionalism, Communication Skills, Financial Services/Insurance/PensionsYou will need excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and with composing letters/emails.You will be required to attend 6 weeks on-site training in Liverpool, after that you can move to hybrid/fully remote working.
